Can you please share with our visitors how Just Host started?

Just Host was the second company to launch under the Just Develop It brand. With all company directors having previous experience in the web hosting industry, it seemed an obvious addition to the group. We wanted to learn from our experience and mistakes and try to offer a high quality service we all believed in.

From your experience, what is the most important thing to look for when choosing a web hosting and why?

How about server security, what is Just Host doing about it?

We take server security very seriously. We have Apache ModSecurity installed on all servers which is a web application firewall. This allows us to prevent web sites hacking via security holes in PHP. We also use APF server firewall which prevents server hacking via open ports. It keeps open the necessary ports only: cPanel, HTTP, MAIL, FTP and SSH services. Also we have SPAM activity monitoring for all your mail and have shared SSL installed on all servers. Sorry gone a little geeky.

You mentioned Just Host's "Anytime" money back, is this really true?

Yes! We as we are so confident that we will supply our customers with outstanding uptime, speed and support that we offer them an anytime money back guarantee. If we cannot deliver our hosting services to the level the customer deserves, and they want to switch hosts we feel it’s within their rights to request a refund at anytime.

What made you choose cPanel over others as the control panel offered in your plan?

cPanel is very user friendly, and as it is now the control panel of choice for so many hosts, we wanted to give the majority of our customers a control panel they were familiar with. cPanel also includes lots of easy-to-use features we believe are useful for both home and business users.

Where do you see Just Host in five years from now?

I see us expanding our hosting services by offering VPS and dedicated plans under the Just Host Brand, and ensuring we are one of the largest shared hosting companies in the world.
