Cannot access the web account that I purchased except for billing where they send me off to buy more useless stuff. Tried customer service, finally got into the account once, but was disconnected and cannot get back in. The only time I got in was via a link in my email (not satisfactory. At the time of purchase, nothing was mentioned or available for me to add the additional 'free' domains for premium service. At the time of purchase everything indicated that the purchase was monthly, but when they billed, they billed annually without notification.

To be honest, my decision to go with this host was based on their low price. I kept in mind the "you get what you pay for" and didn't expect any special features for this price. Surprisingly I was wrong, setup was free and almost instant, cpanel was loaded with great features and scripts. I do recommend them to anyone looking for a good hosting plan
